MAN ACCUSED OF PUNCHING BABY TO DEATH
A man who admitted to punching his18-month-old stepson because the child had dropped food on the carpet was arrested Thursday, Fort Worth police said. The child suffered serious internal abdominal injuries after Lawrence L. Parker punched him three times in the side, police said. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

POLICE SEEK "ENDANGERED" WOMAN
Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing woman that they said may be in danger.  Kathleen Garza, 49, was last seen at about 9 a.m. Thursday leaving a business in the 700 block of N. Denton Tap in Coppell, police said. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

SEX OFFENDER ACCUSED OF GROPING JOB SEEKERS
A convicted sex offender is accused of posing as a chef and using his made-up occupation to grope job seekers, the Star-Telegram reported Friday. Robert J. Washington, 41, told a group of people that he was the executive chef at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel and said he had job opportunities available. Police said he groped at least two 17-year-old girls and told them that that was to be expected from drunken guests.  Washington was issued two citations Thursday after the individuals realized he lied and reported him to police. 

HIGH SCHOOL EVACUATED AFTER BOMB THREAT, AGAIN
Waxahachie High School was evacuated for the second day in a row after a person called the school asking, "Did they find it?," the Dallas Morning News reported. Approximately 1,200 students were herded out the building after school officials received the call at about 8:40 a.m. Friday. Police scoured the campus with bomb sniffing dogs, but did not find anything.  The school was also evacuated Thursday afternoon when a woman called saying a bomb was in the building.
