Central Texas Chase Ends in Arrests of Family Members

Authorities say three family members have been arrested after the driver of a stolen pickup going down the road with no nights refused to stop and led Central Texas authorities on a 45-minute pursuit.

The Bexar County sheriff's office said the 39-year-old driver of the pickup had two of his children in the vehicle during the early Sunday morning chase: a juvenile female and a small child.

After crashing into a car and a patrol vehicle, they all ran. Deputies used a stun gun to stop the driver, who was arrested.

Authorities say the juvenile female was arrested while trying to get into another stolen vehicle that her brother was in nearby. He was also arrested.

The small child was released to relatives.
