Residents at the Regal Commons Apartments are without water Thursday after a pipe broke, damaging the parking lot.
Representatives of the complex at 2420 East Abram Street could not say precisely how many of the residents were without water, but an estimate is about half.
Deep cracks were spotted in the parking lot, presumably caused by the break.
The break initially flooded the parking lot, but that water quickly receded.
