Allen’s city council has approved a planned mixed-use development on State Highway 121.
But the project won’t have the sports stadium originally proposed.
Previously known as Allen Sports Village, the 80-acre project will now include 1 million square feet of office space, three hotels, retail, restaurant and entertainment space and single-family homes.
