The driver is injured after a vehicle plunged into a ditch filled with water in Irving.
Irving Police say a single vehicle went off the road at Rock Island Road near Highway 161and into a ditch that held enough water to submerge the vehicle.
The driver was able to get out of the vehicle, but sustained moderate injuries.
