The trial of one of the two men caught on tape coaxing toddlers to smoke marijuana is scheduled to begin this week.
Vanswan Polty was arrested on charges of felony injury to a child and engaging in organized crime after a video surfaced showing two boys, ages 2 and 4, smoking pot.
The home video, which was released by the Watauga Police Department in Feb. 2007, was found by detectives who were searching the home following a series of burglaries.
Jury selection in Polty's trail begins Tuesday. If convicted of the organized crime charge, Polty could face life in prison.
