McKinney police a were called out to a person who called 911 with concerns about a relative.
When officers arrived Thursday morning, they found a man in the street near El Dorado Parkway.
They worked to get him to surrender, but eventually the man began to run away.
Officers followed him in their cruisers and eventually one officer used his stun gun to stop the man who then fell to the ground and was handcuffed.
It's not clear if this man will face any charges.
The man was standing with officers shortly after he went down. It's not clear if he had any injuries.
