A semi truck erupted into flames, forcing the closure of several lanes of traffic on Interstate 20 in Dallas early Thursday morning.
The driver pulled over when the truck carrying yogurt caught fire in the eastbound lanes of I-20 near Interstate 35E.
Dallas Fire-Rescue hazmat teams told NBC 5 that they had to pump the fuel out of the truck's tank before moving it.
Authorities said moving the truck would require a special piece of machinery, so they expected the truck to remain on the road for several hours.
Police said a flat tire was the likely source of the fire.
No one was hurt, according to police.
