Frisco police have arrested a man in connection with the death of his 22-month-old son.
Jacky Scott Garrett, 41, was arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder after an autopsy revealed his son died of blunt force trauma to the stomach.
Garrett's son was pronounced dead on Oct. 11.
A trial date has not yet been set.
