One person was fatally shot Sunday morning at a Budget Inn in Far East Dallas, police say.
The shooting happened at about 5:11 a.m. in the 12400 block of East Northwest Highway, near Shiloh Road and Interstate 635.

WATCH HEREPolice said Byron Donnell Ross, 38, was shot and taken by Dallas Fire-Rescue to a local hospital, where he died.
No one is in custody in the shooting, police said.
