A man was sent to the hospital with fatal wounds after being shot early Saturday morning, according to police.
Police said Christopher Mosley, 39 shot inside a home in the 6400 block of Cinnamon Oaks drive in South Dallas. Mosley was sent to Baylor hospital where he died from his injuries.
Homicide detectives said Timothy Green, 34, was found in possession of the victim's belongings and was arrested.
Green was charged with capitol murder after he confessed to the shooting, police said. Green is being held on a $500,000 bond.
