Restaurant boss Alberto Lombardi has added another casual Italian bistro to his impressive family of Dallas eateries. Situated oh-so-nicely in Lakewood Shopping Center (in the former Kitchen 1924 space), it’s the third location for Penne Pomodoro.
"Lakewood is such a family oriented neighborhood that I felt it would make an ideal location for Penne Pomodoro and because my daughters and I all live in Lakewood, I wanted to be part of its business community as well," said Lombardi about his new territory.
Not surprisingly, Executive Chef Carlo Allesina is at the helm of Penne Pomodoro -- fulfilling his role as capo of Lombardi’s ever-expanding culinary crew.
