Go Oak Cliff, the City of Dijon, and the French American Chamber of Commerce are turning the Bishop Arts District into a French village for their second-annual Bastille on Biship event.
From 6 to 10 p.m. tonight (July 14, 2011), celebrate with a festival including top area chefs, crepe stands, live music and, of course, a wine walk. The event is free.
You might want to know what exactly your celebrating when you go, though -- Bastille Day is the French National Day the commemorates the storming of the Bastille in Paris, seen as a rallying point for the French Revolution.
