A woman faces promotion of prostitution charges after she was arrested Tuesday during a warrant search at a northwest Dallas massage parlor.Detectives executed a search and arrest warrant Tuesday afternoon at Green Spa, an illicit massage business in the 10900 block of Shady Trail. Officials initially executed a search and arrest warrant of the business in May after several complaints from the community, police said. Tuesday's warrant was executed after the business continued operating.Police did not identify the woman who was arrested Tuesday.
