When two Fort Worth officers were dispatched to the sweltering home of a World War II veteran, they promised to help - even though it's a bit outside their job descriptions. After 95-year-old Julius Hatley's air conditioner went out, he tried to power through by sitting on his shaded porch, but it became unbearable Thursday, CBS News reports.
