Uptown Dallas Tower Project Lands $128.3 Million in Funding

Uptown Dallas' next office tower project has landed $128.3 million in construction financing.Kaizen Development Partners is building the 25-story Link at Uptown high-rise on North Akard and Olive streets.Commercial property firm JLL said it arranged the constructing funding with Broad Street Real Estate Credit Partners III, an investment fund managed by the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.  Continue reading...
