Although a recent audit did not accuse city housing officials of wrongdoing, the city's lack of documentation of how federal money was spent could force Dallas to repay up to $29.9 million to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.There's also the chance that the city could lose out on future federal funding if it doesn't answer HUD's questions about where the money went to the agency's satisfaction.  Continue reading...
