Lawmakers have yet to pass the state's $215 billion, two-year budget and approve a bill to keep state agencies running until lawmakers next convene in 2019. If they fail to pass those two measures, Gov. Greg Abbott will be forced to call a special legislative session that almost no one wants.Meanwhile: A federal grand jury issued two indictments against San Antonio Sen.
