The San Antonio-area doctor accused of killing two of his neighbors last month while their young children watched reportedly told authorities that they were members of the Russian Mob who planned to kill his mother.According to search-warrant affidavits obtained by the San Antonio Express-News, Robert Edward Fadal II thought his mother's life was threatened because he had infiltrated a global financial conspiracy. Detectives believe drug use may have been a factor in the slayings.Fadal, 56, was arrested Feb. 25, not long after Anthony and Tiffany Strait were shot dead on the Fadal family's gated compound in Seguin, about 35 miles east of San Antonio.
