The 16-year-old boy accused of shooting a classmate at an Ellis County high school this week will remain in custody for two more weeks and undergo a psychological evaluation.The teen, whose name has not been released, had his first court hearing Wednesday morning and was ordered to remain in custody until Feb. 7, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported. He is being held on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.Authorities say the teen opened fire in the Italy High School cafeteria, about 40 miles south of Dallas, around 8 a.m. Monday with a .380-caliber handgun.
