Stranger Molested Girl Waiting for DART Train on Field Trip, Police Say

A 56-year-old man is accused of touching a 12-year-old girl's anus as she waited for a DART train during a field trip with her school on Tuesday.Kevin Clements, whose criminal history includes trespassing and assault convictions, is now charged with indecency with a child.The young girl was waiting at the Cityplace DART station with her classmates when Clements touched her, according to his arrest warrant affidavit. The girl told police Clements smiled at her when she turned around to see who had touched her, his affidavit says.Clements was arrested and taken to the Dallas County jail.Dallas County court records show he has more than a dozen misdemeanor criminal trespassing convictions. In 2005, records show, he was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting a public servant.If convicted on the indecency charge, which is a felony, he would face a sentence of between 2 and 20 years in prison.  Continue reading...
