Stolen Pickup Found Flipped on Its Side in South Dallas Overnight

Police are investigating after someone flipped a stolen pickup in South Dallas and ran away.Officers were dispatched about 2 a.m. to a call about an overturned vehicle in the 5200 block of Colonial Avenue, just off Lamar Street.They found the Chevy pickup rolled onto its passenger side, police said. When officers ran the license plate, they discovered the truck had been reported stolen. No one was at the scene, and the vehicle was taken to the Dallas City Pound.  Continue reading...
