Dallas police have arrested a 36-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman he met in Deep Ellum before attacking a second woman downtown less than an hour later.Before the alleged attacks, police wanted Jerly Patrick Graves Bailey, Jr. on outstanding traffic and forgery warrants. He now faces two new aggravated sexual assault charges and a charge of possession of a controlled substance.Police say Bailey met a woman before 2 a.m. Saturday and offered her a ride home before sexually assaulting her in the car."He befriended her, gave her a false sense of security," Deputy Chief Thomas Castro said during a news conference on Monday.
