WASHINGTON -- A Senate committee Wednesday will review President Donald Trump's nomination of Kathleen Hartnett White, a climate change skeptic and former chairman of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, for a top environmental post. Environmental advocates sounded the alarm over her nomination to head the Council on Environmental Quality, a federal office that coordinates between agencies.
