A middle school secretary in San Antonio has been arrested for sexually abusing a 14-year-old student who briefly stayed at her house with his mother. Stephanie Carmona, 34, faces a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child, The San Antonio Express-News reports. The student met Carmona when he was in 7th grade at McNair Middle School and requested her as his mentor the next year, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the San Antonio paper.
