Richardson's CityLine Project Gets Its First Single-family Home Community

Construction has started on the next phase of the $1.5 billion CityLine project in Richardson.The Residecnes at CityLine community will include 32 single-family homes located just north of Renner Road.Centre Living Homes has been working on the urban-style housing development for more than a year.The project will offer homes starting with a 2,676-square-foot, 3 bedroom model priced at $549,900."What makes CityLine such an ideal place for our homes is that it checks all the boxes on our buyer's wish list," Trevor Brickman, president of Centre Living Homes, said in a statement. "You have complete walkability within the project, huge amounts of green space, and a safe and welcoming community, all located within a top-notch school district."It's nearly impossible to get all of that anywhere in Dallas for a reasonable price, and we don't expect these units to stay on the market for long."The home community is so far the only for sale housing available in the CityLine project at Plano Road and Bush Turnpike.The 186-acre mixed-use development includes, office, retail, a hotel and thousands of apartments. State Farm Insurance and Raytheon have more than 10,000 workers in the development."The Residences at CityLine will be the perfect option for those looking for single family housing," Walt Mountford, executive vice president with CityLine developer KDC.
