Reports of Shots Fired at Houston Trauma Hospital

Houston police have responded to reports of shots fired inside a major trauma hospital in the Texas Medical Center. A spokesman with the Houston Police Department, Kese Smith, said authorities have no word of any injuries, according to the Associated Press.Police began receiving reports of an active shooter around 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ben Taub hospital.Police Chief Art Acevedo tweeted that so far all patients and employees have been found safe.   Continue reading...
