Police Searching for Suspects Who Went on Shopping Spree in Ellis County After Burglary

The Ellis County Sheriff's Office is searching for four suspects who allegedly went on a shopping spree after breaking into a home and stealing credit cards and a "large sum" of cash.The thieves reportedly broke into a home on Bell Chapel Road in Red Oak on Sept. 17, KTVT-TV reports. They were seen driving a white Mazda extended cab truck.The suspects were later caught on security footage using the victim's credit card at several businesses in Mesquite.The sheriff's department believes this case may be tied to another burglary from earlier in the month.
