A man with gunshot wounds was in critical condition at an area hospital Wednesday morning after someone spotted him lying on a sidewalk in east Oak Cliff.It happened around 2:18 a.m. in the 200 block of East Overton Road near an apartment complex, police said.Police found several shell casings in the street.No other information is available.
