Parents Arrested After Child's Hand Is Seen Peeking From a Moving Penske Truck, Wichita Falls Police Say

Witnesses alerted Wichita Falls police on Saturday afternoon after seeing a child's hand peeking out the cargo area of a yellow Penske moving truck.Police located the truck outside a Wal-Mart and identified the driver as Dustin Sisk, 32, and his passenger as his wife, 24-year-old Hannah Maland. When asked if there was anyone in the cargo area of the vehicle, Sisk said their two sons, ages 5 and 7, were in the back because there wasn't enough room in the front, police said.  Continue reading...
