On Valentine's Day: “She Is One in a Million”

Couples walked around the George L. Allen, Sr. Courts Building on Valentine's Day holds hands - with a marriage license in tow - looking for an available judge to marry them.Lizette Torres and Gonzalo Ramirez have been dating for a decade, since they were teenagers. Andrew Perez and Israel Perez were trying to be married a year to the day Andrew proposed to Israel. Judge Dale Tillery, of the 134th district court, welcomed a handful of couples into his courtroom between a jury selection and resuming a trial.
