North Texans Will Feel Wet Effects of Harvey With Scattered Showers

Tropical storm Harvey is lingering near Victoria in South Texas but its effects will be felt Sunday afternoon and Monday. Westbound scattered showers should reach Dallas between 4 and 4:30 p.m. before making way to Fort Worth. Another round of scattered showers have a 20 percent chance tonight.
