No One Injured in Reported Shooting During Attempted Car Theft at Baylor Hospital

No one was injured when a Baylor University Medical Center police officer shot at someone reportedly involved in a car theft Friday morning, Dallas police said.The shooting happened around 7:30 a.m. in a parking lot at the Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Center, KXAS-TV (Channel 5) reported.Dallas police responded after a call came in about a stolen vehicle, according to WFAA-TV (Channel 8).The suspect, who is in custody, came close to running over the Baylor officer during an attempted getaway, WFAA reported.A black Audi near Texas Street and Swiss Avenue has been taped off in relation to the incident, the station reported.  Continue reading...
