New Victim of Serial Murder Suspect Billy Chemirmir ID'd in Suit Against The Tradition-Prestonwood

Between criminal indictments and civil lawsuits, 19 victims have now been linked to Billy Chemirmir, the serial murder suspect accused of smothering elderly people in North Texas for years without detection.The latest victim, 90-year-old Doris Wasserman, was identified Monday in a lawsuit filed against The Tradition-Prestonwood.
