New Industrial Building Project on the Way in Grand Prairie

Construction has kicked off on a new industrial project in Grand Prairie.Stream Realty Partners is building the almost 300,000-square-foot Grand Lakes | I-30 warehouse and distribution center south of Interstate 30.The building will be owned by real estate investor Heitman LLC when it is finished later this year.GSR-Andrade Architects designed the project along with Kimley-Horn.
