Missing 57-year-old Texas Man Apparently Eaten by Dogs, Investigators Say

The remains of a 57-year-old man missing since April were found recently on his Johnson County property, apparently after he had been eaten by his dogs, sheriff's deputies said.Investigators began finding pieces of human bone and other tissue on Freddie Mack's property in the 1300 block of King Cotton Road north of Venus on May 15, according to the Cleburne Times-Review. Previously, family members reported they had trouble accessing the area because Mack's 18 dogs acted aggressively toward them, the newspaper reported.The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office positively identified the remains as Mack's on Tuesday, according to KXAS-TV (Channel 5).  Continue reading...
