Meadows Foundation Keeps It in the Family With Selection of Founders' Great-nephew

One of Dallas' most prominent foundations is keeping its leadership in the family, passing the torch to a great-nephew of its oil tycoon founder.Peter M. Miller is taking over the Meadows Foundation from his cousin, Linda Perryman Evans. She ran the foundation for 23 years as its CEO and president. She’ll remain a director.The foundation has doled out $873 million to mental health, education and environment initiatives across Texas during Evans’ tenure.
