Mary Kay Completes Sale of Its Regal Row Manufacturing Plant

Dallas-based cosmetics firm Mary Kay has sold the 420,000-square-foot plant that has served as home to its global manufacturing operations for the past 40 years.The plant on 1330 Regal Row will soon become the new corporate headquarters of Humanetics, a global company that produces automotive crash test dummies and other safety test products that is currently based Michigan.
