A man was wounded in a shooting early Friday in Old East Dallas, police said. Officers responded about 4:50 a.m. to the 3200 block of Jerome Street, near Interstate 30, where a man was found with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in fair condition. Police did not release details about the possible shooter.
