Man, Woman Wounded as Driver Shoots Them in Far East Dallas

A man and woman were shot in their car Wednesday night in Far East Dallas, police said.The two victims called 911 around 11:40 p.m. and said they had been fired upon by the driver of another vehicle in the 2100 block of John West Road.They then pulled into a parking lot in the 1600 block of Chenault Street, where police found the man with a gunshot wound to his thigh and the woman with a gunshot wound to the hand.The victims described the second vehicle as an older-model Mustang.
