Man With Dementia Last Seen Driving on U.S. 75 in Northeast Dallas

Dallas police are asking for help from the public locating a 68-year-old man last seen Monday morning leaving U.S. Highway 75.Phillip Steely was seen about 11:30 a.m. exiting the 11400 block of U.S. 75, near Royal Lane, in northeast Dallas. He was driving a white 2012 Kia Sorrento with Texas license plate BBL 2794. Steely is described as a 6-foot white man who weighs about 200 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a brown coat, tan pants and glasses. Steely has dementia and may be confused and in need of help, police said.
