Man Found Injured After Pickup Burns in Fort Worth

A man was found injured near a burning pickup that caused a grass fire in a heavily wooded area Monday night in Fort Worth.The man was hospitalized in stable condition after the fire was reported around 9:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of Oak Grove Road just north of Interstate 20 and near I-35W.Fire crews found the pickup fully engulfed about 100 yards from the road, officials said. The grass around the truck was also on fire, but the blaze was quickly extinguished.The injured man was found lying in a creek about 20 feet in front of the pickup, officials said.  Continue reading...
