Little Elm Police Discover Bodies of Man, Woman Killed in Apparent Murder-suicide

Little Elm police found the bodies of two people killed in an apparent murder-suicide Jan. 16, the Fort Worth Star Telegram reported.The body of 20-year-old Skyler Butler was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head in an apartment in the 1800 block of McCord Way in Little Elm, the Star-Telegram reported. The Tarrant County medical examiner ruled her death a homicide.The body of 24-year-old Jeremy Linder also was found at the scene. He appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot, the newspaper reported.Police Capt. Larry Dennison told the Star-Telegram that police were unsure if Butler and Linder were romantically involved.Police told the Star-Telegram they they were unsure how long the two had been dead.
