Lewisville High Student Threatened to Bring Gun to School, Kill Classmate, Police Say

A senior at Lewisville High School threatened to bring a gun to campus on Thursday and kill at least one student, police say.Gage Isaac Sanders, 17, was arrested Thursday morning and faces a misdemeanor harassment charge. He was in custody at the Lewisville jail Thursday afternoon, with bail set at $5,000.Police said Lewisville ISD officials alerted them to the threat around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, and officers interviewed Sanders that night.Sanders was sent to in-school suspension as soon as he arrived at the campus Thursday morning, and officers interviewed him again while securing an arrest warrant.  Continue reading...
