Knife-wielding Suspect Arrested, Police Say

Dallas officers arrested a knife-wielding suspect after responding to an aggravated robbery call in North Oak Cliff on Friday.Diondrick Davis, 19, faces a robbery charge, jail records show. His bail is set at $2,500.Police said when they arrived at the scene in the 900 block of E. 8th Street, they came across a suspect, Davis, matching a description they had been given by the robbery victim. When they approached him for questioning, he started running, police said.Officers eventually cornered Davis, who started wielding a large knife and said he wasn't going to listen to officers' instructions, police said.  Continue reading...
