It's Official: Blockbuster ‘Mexico' Exhibit Is Dallas Museum of Art's Biggest Draw Since King Tut

The Dallas Museum of Art has reason to be bullish on its recently concluded blockbuster exhibition, "México 1900-1950: Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, José Clemente Orozco, and the Avant-Garde." The DMA announcd this morning that it ended its 2017 fiscal year with its highest attendance in a decade and the second highest in the museum's history.DMA officials said they welcomed 802,870 visitors in the 2017 fiscal year, an increase of 10 percent over last year.They cited the popularity of the Mexico exhibition, which they said drew 125,894 visitors.  Continue reading...
