Investors Buy High Profile Tollway Property in Farmers Branch

A Dallas based real estate investment company said it's purchased the ground lease for two high-profile Farmers Branch buildings on the Dallas North Tollway.Transcontinental Realty Investors' Southern Properties Capital bought ownership of the land under the 13-story Stanford Corporate Center office tower and the adjoining Telos Fitness Center buildings.Transcontinental has owned the buildings since 2008.  Continue reading...
