High-rise With Retail Will Join Eatzi's Store in Dallas' Oak Lawn Neighborhood

One of the most prominent corners in Dallas' Oak Lawn neighborhood is not worth a second look.The west corner of Oak Lawn and Lemmon avenues is taken up by surface parking lots and an aging service station.
