Gunshot Victim Flags Down Police Officer for Help in Old East Dallas

A man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen flagged down a Dallas police officer for help Wednesday morning in Old East Dallas.The victim was in serious but stable condition at an area hospital after he asked for help around 12:45 a.m. in the 400 block of South Carroll Avenue.The victim told police he had been shot at another location, and officers searched an area around South 2nd and Fitzhugh avenues near Fair Park.No information about suspects is available.  Continue reading...
