Frisco's Tallest Office Tower Is Open for Business

Frisco's tallest office building has opened its doors.The 12-story tower at 3201 Dallas Parkway is in the Hall Park development on the Dallas North Tollway.The 300,000 square-foot building is the 17th office project constructed by developer Hall Group in the 162-acre business park.Oportun -- which lends to people with little or no credit history -- has leased 16,182 square feet of office space in the new building in a deal negotiated by Travis Boothe, Craig Wilson and Randy Cooper with Cushman & Wakefield. And Origin Bank has leased 11,500 square feet on the third floor and the ground floor in a deal negotiated by Tyler Isbell and Ryan Johnson with SRS.The 20-year-old Hall Park now has 2.5 million square feet of office space and is expanding its offerings with new retail and restaurant space.Kim Butler, Brad Gibson and Cynthia Cowen lease Hall Park's office space.  Continue reading...
